Stain Glass Biscuits

Time passes so fast when you're playing mahjong! T_T

Went out with my cousin, aunt and mum today.
Ate and bought a few stuffs then went home.

Yours sincerely finally made stain glass biscuits after.....6 freaking years!
I remembered looking at this recipe back when I was p4.
Thank goodness that fingertip's url is still there.
I'm damn in love with FingerTips back then.

Recipe for Stain glass biscuits << click!

Here's my own version :D

Ingredients are an egg,
50g of butter,

100g of flour,

50g of sugar,

Fox's sweets/or any other sweets that are hard hard 1.

Steps:
-Mix the sugar and flour in 1 bowl.

-Then add in the butter.
-Keep rubbing the thing until it looks crumbly.

-Beat the egg and add 1/2 of it in.

-Press until it form a dough.

-Flour your pastry board and pinroll.
-Roll out your dough.

-Cut out the shapes using your cookie cutter.

-Remember to cut a smaller holes in the shape to put in the sweets.

-Do remember to put it on a piece of baking paper before placing them into the oven.
-Oven them for around 6~8 minutes.
*oven goes ding!*
-Let stain glass biscuits cool down by refrigerating for 10 minutes.
(The sweets are in its liquid state when they are out from the oven.
So they need to cool down in a fridge.
Don't peel it from the baking paper yet!)
*after 10 minutes*
-Peel it off the baking paper.

The above ingredients can make this much biscuits.
(I only made 2 stain glass ones =X)

Those black ones that you see in the pictures are not chocolate-flavoured ones.

Cookies!

Made cheese crisps and chicken briyani in F&N today.

Lunch with Annice, Gwenlin and Sherica at Buddy Hoagie.
They ate the student menu things there while I eat my chicken briyani....for the sake of saving money.
After having a few spoonful of the rice....~.~
It looks nice, smells nice but the taste is totally opposite.

Bake cookies just now due to boredom.
First attempt at it and it taste pretty nice although it is semi burnt! :D
But my uncle say that if I made it more presentable, he would take and sell it back in Indonesia.
It look that fugly meh? =/

Trying to rush the homeworks that are needed to pass up tomorrow but I keep getting distracted.

My newly bought jigsaw puzzle that's lying on my bed is telling me to play it.

Holidays are never long enough for me to enjoy.

Blargh!

Uber lazy to post so here's a short one.

Had a project meeting with the 'vietnam girls' few days ago.
Saw Sherica play para and ddr.
She made para seem to easy to play. ~.~
Most of the girls went home already so we 2 walk around in the night market beside the mrt station.
:D She's one of those people that I have endless topic to talk about with.

Anyway, do you realize before that the insides of your body now is very dark.
Everything you ate goes into somewhere dark because there's no lights in your body!

and I HATE HOMEWORKS!
(I like Gwen's song on homeworks. Super hilarious.)

Malaysia trip!

Lalalalala~! Lalalalala~! Lalalalalalalalalalala~! Doodoodoodoodoodoo~! AHHHHHHH!!!

Day 1 (9 June, Monday)
Last Monday me and my mama and my da jie took the train to Gemas(Malaysia). The Gemas train station got no taxi stand lor!!! Last time got one leh!(Almost 10 years ago) End up we got to walk a freaking long distance under the hot sun(100% plus chop wayyyyy hotter than Singapore!) ARGH!!! :(

Sweat like some mad pig! >:[ (Nevermind! Can jian fei!!!!!!)

Imagine yourself walking in a place that you totally don't know...Somemore not in Singapore leh!!!!!

And there's so many Malays there so asking for direction isn't an easy task. But heng my mama can speak/understand Malay. :DDDDDDDDD

Finally we found our way to the taxi stand after walking like siao and asking more than 3 people for direction! Hmph!

BUT THERE'S NOT EVEN A SINGLE TAXI THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But we still manages to get on a taxi after waiting for more than 30minutes.

Other than the taxi stand thing, I took my afternoon nap with my contact lens on...

Because I wore my contact lens to my cousin's house then the contact lens case and solution's still at my grandpa's house...

I was really sleepy at that time so no choice but to sleep with my lens on. End up waking up with super dry eyes...Super uncomfortable! :(

Day 2 (10 June, Tuesday)

It was my grandma's 4th year death anniversary...Actually day should be 24th June.

I fell down on this day! :(
