Homemade no-bake Oreo cheesecake.
Beautiful sunset on 26 May.

Me and Doreen went to Suntec on don't know how long ago and ate lots of food.
Firstly, we ate Sweet Potato Fries by The Sweet Potato Place.

Next, we ate the New York Chicken Hot Dog Bun from 1901.

We bought the set meal which consist of a 7-eleven mash potato and orange juice.
After that, we went walking around. We went to the Fountain Of Wealth to touch the water. *I wish to huat ah, huat ah, huat ah!!!*
There's a balloon inside!

We ate scallop mee sua from Shin Lin Taiwan Street Snack for dinner.

After this, we were really really full...
A happy eating day!

Homemade no-bake Oreo cheesecake.
On a boring Sunday, me and my sis decided to make our own Oreo cheesecake using a recipe we found online. We ended up using our 'agar agar' skills to measure the ingredient needed as we don't have measuring cup. We modified the recipe so it become our own recipe!
We went shopping for the ingredient needed. A funny thing happened. We went to Shop&save and found the cream cheese. We were like thinking, "Maybe Fairprice cheaper leh?", so we walked to Fairprice, which is about one bus stop distance away. We saw the same cream cheese and it cost $5. I thought I saw that the Shop&save one is $4.80, which mean cheaper, so we walked back to the Fairprice, which is again one bus stop distance away, JUST to save that 20cents. Without looking at the price, we took the cream cheese and went to the cashier to pay. We were so happy that we saved 20cents! But..."Five dollar and TWENTY CENTS!" said the cashier. We stunned. TA MA DE! We walked two bus stop distance JUST to save that 20cents but instead wasted 20cents and our effort walking here and there! LOL! We were laughing all the way home for the stupid things we did.
Okay, back to main topic.
Ingredient needed:
One packet of Philadelphia cream cheese. (Five dollar and TWENTY CENTS)
Oreo!
Concentrated milk
1/4 of the cube butter
Firstly, put most of the Oreo into a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush it. Crush into small small pieces. (We used our own hands to crush it because we don't have rolling pin.)
Melt butter and mix it with the crushed Oreo. Put the mixture on the tray that you are going to make the cake in. (We used a plate! And I know it look super oily and disgusting in the picture below.) Press it so that it fill the base of the tray. Put the tray into the fridge to let the base harden.
Put the cream cheese from the packet and blend it with the concentrated milk (Do it the 'agar agar' way! Around two tablespoon I think.) and the sugar (Around 5 table spoon). Blend it till it turns smooth and creamy.
Using your hands (Remember to wash!), break the remaining Oreo into smaller pieces and mix it with the cream cheese.By this time, the base should had been harden. Take it out from the fridge. Put the cheesecake mixture into the tray. Spread it around so that it look like this.
Refrigerate it for four hours and above (Depends) or overnight.
It taste nice! But it doesn't look nice in the picture. :(
Go try, go try! It is no-bake cheesecake so no oven also can make!---------------------------------------
